Refund policy

Ejabi Plus adopts a 30-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of receiving books or other accessories to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@ejabiplus.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s policies.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at sales@ejabiplus.com.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
E-books and audiobooks are non-returnable.

Canceling Pre-Orders

When placing a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is either currently out of stock or will be available soon. We collect the full payment at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your pre-order as long as it hasn’t been fulfilled yet. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

Special Terms for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
